Dot Com has had a very exciting and busy start to 2016 mainly due to the wonderful offer of support from Forever Living.
The company manufactures, markets and distributes high quality Aloe Vera and bee based products and has literally thousands of business owners nationwide who want to help the Dot Com charity.
As well as being supported by the CEO of Forever Living Bob Parker and his wife Nicola, we also became the official charity partner of the Destiny Group run by Paul and Claire Barradell who are Forever Business Owners (FBOs) based in Derby.
Sharon, our CEO, spoke at the Destiny Group’s Success Day – an event where FBOs join together to celebrate their achievements and share learning. At this event we were amazed at the enthusiasm of the Destiny Group when 100 FBOs signed up to support the charity by registering for the Challenge 1,000.
The Destiny Group has pledged to raise 100,000 pounds for the Dot Com charity by the end of 2016. They have already raised enough money for more than 600 children to complete the Dot Com Programme and their support and enthusiasm to be a part of Dot Com’s work is overwhelming.
On 20-21 February, Dot Com has been invited to join Success Days for the whole of Forever UK. This is a very exciting opportunity to raise awareness about the Dot Com programme across the UK and work with a group of dedicated and talented group of people who share our passion for improving the human experience, particularly the empowerment of children who are our future. Forever share our core values:
• Promoting and developing individual well-being;
• Building the skills, resilience and capacity needed to succeed in achieving your goals; and
• Encouraging positive change and making a long-term difference in people’s lives.
It’s a real privilege for us to work with Forever and we are very grateful for all their support.
The other major partnership which is changing the charity for the better is with Gingermonkeys a design, marketing and communications company based in Tunbridge Wells.
